Eastworks, a huge refurbished mill complex home to artists, musicians, businesses, and warehousing facilities, provided us with a unique challenge in that it was intended to serve two distinct audiences: a broad audience finding out Eastworks for the first time and tenants in the Eastworks complex.

Drawing from the mill's rich history, we designed a site that reflected the past but emphasized the future plans of Eastworks' owners. Mixing straight business-related information with current news and events, we were able to satisfy both audiences without leaving either behind.
